Trincity College is a special purpose company formed by the Bishop Anstey Association. It is the registered owners of the land, building and the physical amenities used by the Bishop Anstey High School East, Trinity College East and the Sixth Form department. The company was incorporated in January 1999 and began its operations in July 2000, with the construction of the schools which were completed in August 2001. The Directors are Mr. Percy Farrell (Chairman), Mr. Teasley Taitt, Mr. Basil Cozier, Mr. Garvin Alexander and Mrs. Paula Daniel.
